Sitrak diagnostics — MC11, MC13 fault codes

Sitrak C7H/C9H are Sinotruk highway tractors next to Howo T7H. Engines MC11, MC13, WP13. Same SAE/J1939 family, Sitrak loom and cluster. Use Sitrak C7H or C9H on the form.

Engines

MC11/MC13 are MAN-layout rails with VGT and EGR/DPF on Euro-5. WP13 is the same Weichai as Howo T7H. P0299, rail, CKP, U0100 are the daily codes.

Symptoms

• no pull with a spinning turbo — intercooler;
• no start — CKP/ECM power;
• derate after MIL;
• lost engine on the scanner.

• P0087 — low common-rail pressure
• P0193 — rail pressure sensor high signal
• P0299 — boost below target
• P0335 — crankshaft sensor no signal
• P0401 — EGR insufficient flow
• U0100 — lost communication with engine ECU
• P0562 — system voltage low
• P0201 — cylinder 1 injector circuit
• P0116 — water in fuel (Weichai table) / not always coolant SAE
• P2509 — intermittent ECM power (no OEM in DB)
